Raleigh, N.C. — Celebrity pooches used their paws for a good cause this weekend in north Raleigh.
A celebrity dog show featuring WRAL's Tracker, Netop the painting pooch, Durham Bulls mascot Lucky 'The Wonder Dog' and many other entertaining dogs was held Saturday.
Dogs that were leashed with current rabies tags were also welcomed at the Lake Lynn Community Center event.
All donations benefited COPE Eldercare and COPE Enrichment, which provides seniors with compassionate care and pet therapy in various therapeutic settings.
Tracker is also scheduled to make an appearance Sept. 26 at the American Kennel Club Responsible Dog Ownership Day at the State Fairgrounds.
