— The Habitat for Humanity of Durham’s Youth United group opened its third home on Saturday.

The house, located in the Hope Crossing community, is for Ann McRae and her two children. Volunteers ages 5 to 25 years old built the house in three months.

The group began raising $50,000 to fund the project last year.

This is great! Would have been for WRAL to interview the kids to hear their reaction to helping others. Even if it's been done before, this kind of community involvement should be reinforced and WRAL is in a great position to do that.
