A Raleigh man had a chance to win $1 million at the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament Thursday night.
Mark Cacchione was allowed four shots during the half-time of the North Carolina State University-Maryland game, but he was unable to make any baskets.
Cacchione was the winner of the "Shoot for Loot" sweepstakes. He received free VIP tickets to the tournament.
