David Cooper named Chatham Superior Court clerk

Cooper also has international experience as a rule-of-law liaison in Latvia, a regional anti-corruption adviser in Thailand and a senior justice-sector adviser in Indonesia, Fox said.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Campbell University Law School, Cooper succeeds Janice Oldham, who held the clerk's post for more than 30 years.
