Raleigh, N.C. — Starting Monday Capital Area Transit will extend its services to Wake Technical Community College.
The regional express route will travel between Moore Square Station and Wake Technical Community College, 9101 Fayetteville Road. It will also stop at a yet to be determined park-and-ride lot in Garner.
Hours of operation will be 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on days Wake Tech is in session. On days classes are not in session a modified schedule will be in place.
The Raleigh Transit authority will set the fare for the route at their next meeting.
The route will be fare free from Moore Square Station to the campus for Wake Tech students with a valid student ID.
Wake Tech students will pay the regular fares on all other CAT routes.
