Off-road drivers on the Outer Banks have help understanding where they can go and what they can do.
The National Park Service teamed up with the North Carolina Beach Buggy Association (NCBBA), the Outer Banks Preservation Association (OBPA) and the Cape Hatteras Anglers Club, to compile a new guide to off-road driving for visitors to the area.
Visitors can pick up the new brochure at the four Outer Banks visitor
centers:
- Aycock Brown in Kitty Hawk
- OBVB Roanoke Island
- Whalebone Junction
- U.S. Weather Station in Hatteras Village
