Asheboro, N.C. — A broken water pipe in the African exhibit has some areas of the North Carolina Zoo off limits to visitors.
All the animals are still on display, but a restaurant and some bathrooms have been closed while repairs are made.
The animals are getting water from temporary sources.
The closure is expected to last through the weekend.
