Durham school gets $10K grant from Monsanto

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — The North Carolina School for Science and Mathematics in Durham is set to receive a $10,000 grant from the Monsanto Fund, the philanthropic arm of the Monsanto Company.

A company representative will award the school Wednesday during a ceremony at its Research Triangle Park site.

The grant will help fund the school's Labs for Learning program, a Monsanto Fund spokeswoman said Tuesday.
