Latino Advocates Say Culture Affects Involvement in Amber Alertzs

Latino North Carolinians make up 7 percent of the state's population but have been involved in 30 percent of the 27 Amber Alerts issued since 1992. Latino culture is less flexible about family structure and solidity than what they find in America, advocates explain.
