Human remains discovered near boating access of Falls Lake recreation area, Wake Co. deputies say

Deputies are investigating a set of human remains that were found Saturday afternoon in Wake County.

According to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found human remains in the woods around the 1400 block of Creedmoor Road.

Deputies have not yet identified the person whose remains were found.
