We are fortunate to have a lot of great teachers in our state. Our current teacher of the week is truly great. Cindi Rigsbee of Gravelly Hill Middle School in Orange County is the North Carolina Teacher Of The Year and one of four finalists for National Teacher Of The Year. President Obama could give her the big honor in the spring. Let's keep our fingers crossed! There are so many teachers who deserve recognition but we can't do stories on them all. Please use this outlet to shout out great teachers you know. Use the comment section below.
