Q: What is a parent to do when the first two weeks of school starts and the first progress report shows that your child has a 94% average on it and then the next two weeks you ask the teacher how is she doing and finds out that she is failing. And you ask that teacher why they did not contact me by phone or e-mail and they respond to you that it is not their sponsibility to call me. It is now January and I am still not receiving and answers.
