I know that most of this is beyond some peoples help, but I can't think straight and I just need to vent. Bash me here and I will do what I will normally not do, and block, report and ignore you.
So the basics are this. While I was still in the military, I got married. We were married on April 25th of 1998. I was deployed from Hawaii on August 1st 1998. While I was deployed, she got pregnant by someone other than me. I never saw her again after that, but because of my own procastination and for what ever reasons, I did not get a divorce until March of 2007. During that time she had 4 other children, which considering I had not seen her, were also not mine. She lives in Florida, and just last month I receive a letter from the State of Florida that I am being named as a father for those 4 kids and they are coming after me for child support because the ex OD'd and had them all taken away.I am in contact with my ex's ssiter, who also knows I am not the father and is actually getting custody of a couple of the kids. The ex's sister tells me that now they are talking about issuing me a subpeona to have to go to Florida and testify or whatever. Supposedly the ex's lawyer is trying to make it difficult for any evidence to be entered to prove that I am not the father.
I AM NOT THE FATHER.
I am just so angry I can't focus.
I just needed to vent.
I need to find something I can counter-sue for if this goes through, because they are not going to get a penny from me.
