WENDELL — I have a friend that has a girlfriend who at times have a horrible temper. well, 3 days ago they got into an argument and she finally showed me what kind of temper she really has. He tried to walk away several times because she was starting to get violent and he dont believe in hitting a woman. She punched him, kicked him, spit on him and even tried to choke him! but, he did not do anything but tried to get his keys and leave but since she took his keys he could not leave. He called the police and before the police arrived she hit him across the face with a yard rake and he finally lost it( after 30 minutes of taking a bad beating} and decked her and she was out cold! The cops arrived about 3or 4 minuted after that happened and they called paramedics and then arrested my friend and after she was treated at the hospital and questioned by the police and she confessed that she hit him several times and admitted she hit him across the face with a rake. She was not arrested!! My friend has never hit a woman before nor has never been arrested until now.
Is it self defense if a female attack a male just like my griend was attcked? Do you think laws are lighter on women?
