RALEIGH — No joke, the other morning, I'm headed up Hillsborough St. to NCSU, and there is a person in a cow suit, udders and all, riding a moped up the other side of the street. Not only that, but this cow was safety conscious, he had on a helmet, but the helmet had apollo's wings coming out of each side. It was crazy.
