JOHNSTON COUNTY — What happened ??
Sunday afternoon, I came home to find my GOLO profile MIA. It was gone, just gone. No email from WRAL or GOLO telling me it had been flagged or that I had been "promoted", just gone. The paged said it had been removed from this site.
Okay, long story short, Angela found it. Still had all my friends in place, all my comments (that I hadn't deleted) still in place. My statement, pic and favorites in place. BUT when I would post to a blog, it showed me to be private....my profile wasn't set to private. I tried to edit my profile to remove it, still showed me private. GGRRRRRR!!
I sent Angela another email this afternoon, but then decided to say the heck with it, it's not that big a deal(anymore) and tried to see if it would let me create another profile. It did....I now have a brand new profile, it looks like my old one, smells like my old, wears like my old one, sounds like my old one, so I'm thinking it must be my old one. It seems to be, except for my join date...shows today, and the number of comments posted to me has drastically reduced.
So...Angela, thanks for finding the old one. I'm giving it back, it was a little damaged. I gave it a proper burial...I think I'm gonna like this new one just fine.
