IF this man is guilty, he needs to have the same thing done to him, which he did to this dog.
He said he was defending himself and his dog against the Chihuahua. I'm sure the Chicuahua could have done some REAL damage! NOT!!
All cases of animal cruely, not some, should be a felony!
