I had some e-mail issues last night so I call the support line and tell the man that I could barely understand that I'm recieving messages just fine but that I can't send.  He has me go through all these steps and read off what is checked.  He then tells me that everything should be working.  I tell him that just because it should doesn't mean it is.  Anyway we go through the same steps 3 times and have the same results.  Then we do it again and everything starts working.  I ask what was wrong the first three times and he replies.  "I don't know".  Now it's fixed and I'm happy with this but I'd like to know what was preventing it the first 3 times.  He had me change nothing but it started working.  The worst of it was this mans accent.  I could barely if at all understand the man.  This is way to common and I'm tired of it.
