Durham, N.C. — Burger Bach, a New Zealand-inspired gastro-pub and burger restaurant, will open its first North Carolina location nex month.
The Richmond, Virginia-based restaurant announced this week that it will open its third location on March 9 at 737 Ninth St. in the Erwin Mill community in Durham.
Burger Bach (pronounced batch) imports all-natural grass-fed, pasture-raised New Zealand beef and lamb. Meat is ground every morning and hand-pattied. In addition to burgers, the restaurant also serves fresh cut fries, a dozen house-made dipping sauces, tossed salads, fresh seafood and oysters.
There will also be 30 local and regional craft beers on tap, Southern Hemisphere wines, craft cocktails and imports.
The restaurant opened its first location in Richmond in 2012 and added a second location there the following year.
