Parties, music, dancing and more - that's what is in store for Triangle residents this New Year's Eve!

RALEIGH, N.C. — Parties, music, dancing and more – that's what is in store for Triangle residents this New Year's Eve! Ring in the New Year with some of these fun events: 

Raleigh

Raleigh's biggest NYE celebration will be First Night in downtown. The event features nearly 100 performances across the city leading up to the acorn drop at midnight. Admission buttons are $10.
If you enjoyed this year's film, attend a Gatsby-themed NYE party at The Architect. Tickets are $20 and include a champagne toast and party favors.
Prefer the 1980s to the 1920s? Coglin's is throwing a NYE Throwback Bash. A $20 admission fee (before 8 p.m.) includes party favors, a free champagne toast and a balloon drop at midnight.

Durham

Head to The Bar Durham for a NYE Bash featuring a "Divalicious Dance Party." There will also be a disco ball drop, drink specials, a free champagne fountain, fire spinners and more. Tickets are $10 in advance online.
Join a nautical-themed tradition at Motorco with the Motorboat New Year's Eve celebration featuring The Wusses. The event features a balloon drop, champagne toast and more. Tickets are $15 in advance.
