Not everyone will qualify for every sample. They use the profile you filled out when you registered to determine who gets offered the various samples. Some months, you won't qualify for any samples. Some months, they will offer your samples a day early on the Monday before they are open to everyone else.
In the photo above, you can see the samples I received from the November 2016 box including a good size Pond's cold cream and body wash.
