— A Hobby Lobby is set to open Monday in its new location at Freedom Town Center, according to The Fayetteville Observer.

Another store is slated to open in west Cary at Parkside Town Commons later this year.

The Fayetteville store is moving from 1748 B Skibo Road to the new $85 million shopping center. It will reopen Monday at 9 a.m.

The new Hobby Lobby has 60,000 square feet of space. Its stores typically have 35 to 50 employees. “We are thrilled to relocate our Fayetteville store and look forward to serving our customers in an amazing new location," said advertising director Kelly Black.

The crafting and home decor store has more than 750 stores across the country. Its other Triangle location is at 6200 Capital Blvd.
