New coffee, wine and beer bar to open on Hillsborough Street this week

RALEIGH, N.C. — Liquid State, a new coffee, wine and beer bar on Hillsborough Street, will hold its soft opening this week.
Co-owner Sy Sourisak said the staff is prepping for a soft opening as early as Wednesday. The bar is still in the process of getting ABC permits so beer and wine will not be available for the soft opening.
Liquid State is located at 1908 Hillsborough St. in the old home of Locopops.
The coffee will be sourced locally from Carrboro Coffee.
