RALEIGH, N.C. — A new charge was filed Thursday against a woman accused of firing a shot into a Raleigh firehouse two weeks ago during an argument.

Tristian Dangela Todd, 20, of 811 Beverly Drive in Raleigh, was charged with discharging a weapon into occupied property. She previously was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, going armed to the terror of people, discharge of a firearm in a city and intoxication and disruption.

Raleigh police said the March 3 shooting stemmed from a week-long dispute between Todd and another woman and that at least one of the two fired multiple gunshots.

One of the bullets went flying into the Raleigh fire station on South Saunders Street, just inches above Will Smith, a firefighter who was asleep in the station at the time.
