CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. — Camp Lejeune’s new National Intrepid Center of Excellence satellite center was dedicated by the Department of Defense on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

The center will provide treatment to returning service members who have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries in recent years due to IEDs, combat related incidents and training activities.

This center is the second in a series of nine planned to open nationwide. All the centers will be funded and built by the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.
