NCSU student charged with rape

A student at North Carolina State University was charged with two counts of statutory rape for alleged interactions with girls who are 13 and 14 years old. Raleigh police arrested Sharka Anthony Holmes, 22, on Tuesday and he was being held on $2 million secured bond.

A student at North Carolina State University was charged with two counts of statutory rape for alleged interactions with girls who are 13 and 14 years old. Raleigh police arrested Sharka Anthony Holmes, 22, on Tuesday, and he was being held on $2 million secured bond.

Holmes, was arrested at 2750 Wolf Village Way in Raleigh, but is from Fayetteville, according to the warrant for his arrest. Police said he works as a delivery person for a pizza shop and met his victims in the course of his deliveries.
