Nash sheriff chases, captures breaking and entering suspect
Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone was responding to a breaking and entering call in the West Old Spring Hope area Tuesday night when he saw one of the suspects running toward an open field.

Stone ran after the man, David Earl Dickens, 33, of 1318 Tyler Lane, and was able to arrest him, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies arrested another man, Deven Allen Ennis, 22, of the same address, as he sat in a vehicle in front of the house that was victimized, sheriff's officials said.
Dickens and Ennis were each charged with felony breaking/entering, attempted felony larceny, felony injury to real property and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
Dickens was also charged with resisting, delaying and/or obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was being held on a $30,000 bond, while Ennis was held on $25,000 in the Nash County Sheriff's Office Detention Center.
Dickens was previously charged with assault on a female, attempted breaking/entering, injury to real property and several driving related offenses.
Ennis was previously charged with misdemeanor larceny, trespassing, several counts of injury to personal property, injury to real property, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and several driving related offenses.
