Nash County man charged with murder
The Wilson Police Department arrested a man Friday in connection with a woman's death in Nash County Thursday morning.

Authorities said an officer located a woman unconscious in a vehicle in the driveway of the City of Wilson Operations Center—on Herring Avenue—Thursday morning around 4:30 a.m.
The woman, Janice B. Crabtree, 61, of Wilson, was declared dead the scene.
On Friday, following an autopsy, the medical examiner ruled the death a homicide.
Officials charged Robert Thomas Greene, 41, of Nash County, with one count of murder.
Greene is being held at the Nash County Jail under no bond. His first court appearance for the charge will be held on April 19.
