Everyone says adoption for these children. Have you tried? My sis did and dss brought a baby boy for 3 day stay. They loved it wanted to move forward. The mom refused and after several weeks tested clean for drugs. Approximately 5 weeks later dss calls sis and asks if they are still interested in same baby. They try again and you guessed it about 4 weeks into process biological mom tests clean and gets baby back. Poor baby and our society wants it this way.

Hasn't anyone ever heard of adoption? If you can't handle your child, deal with the stress of a child, for heaven sake give it up. That child didn't ask to be brought into this world. Bless her heart she is better off, least she's not suffering at the hands of the bearer of life to her. This woman doesn't deserve the term "Mother." I hope she rots. No pity for her in these eyes.

What kind of culture do these people live in where a mother can cause injuries to her own child to the point where the child dies? Unbelievable...

Reading the news is becomming so much more depressing.....what the hey is going on w/ our society. I just don't get it. maybe i'm too old and never will. So sad for the child, at least she's not suffering any longer. (Please don't blast me for that comment as I do feel it would be much better if child was still alive only not w/ mom-at least mom can't hurt her any more)
