A New York man arrested on rape charges is now awaiting trial in North Carolina.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A New York man arrested on rape charges is now awaiting trial in North Carolina.

Richard Bolling, 38, of 1168 Statford Ave., Bronx, N.Y., was arrested Oct. 3 on two counts of second-degree rape stemming from two incidents this year, according to arrest warrants.

Authorities brought Bolling to North Carolina Tuesday night, and he’s now in the Wake County jail under a $1 million bond.
