A man wanted in connection with a shooting death in New Jersey was arrested by police Friday in Fayetteville. 

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A man wanted in connection with a shooting death in New Jersey was arrested by police Friday in Fayetteville. <br />

Lateef Livingston, 28, of 487 7th Avenue, Newark, N.J., was seen running from a residence in the Massey Hill area. A foot chase ensued and Livingston was later caught while trying to flee in a vehicle on Center Street.

Livingston was transported to Cumberland County Jail, according to the United States Marshals Service, Eastern District of North Carolina.<br />

Livingston was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Khalif Logan in December 2007. Logan was shot multiple times with an AK-47 assault rifle.
