NC State student robbed at gunpoint

A North Carolina State University student was robbed at gunpoint Monday afternoon while standing at a Wolfline bus stop at the intersection of Gorman Street and Conifer Drive, according to a university crime alert.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A North Carolina State University student was robbed at gunpoint Monday afternoon while standing at a Wolfline bus stop at the intersection of Gorman Street and Conifer Drive, according to a university crime alert.

The student was robbed of money and a cell phone at approximately 6:47 p.m. after he was approached by two men, including one holding a gun. The student was not injured.

Police could only provide a very limited description of the two suspects. Both suspects left the area on foot and were seen traveling south on Crest Road toward Avent Ferry Road.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact N.C. State University police.
