Multiple people were injured in a crash on N.C. Highway 56 in Creedmoor on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

CREEDMOOR, N.C. — Multiple people were injured in a crash on N.C. Highway 56 in Creedmoor on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
The victims' names have not been released, and police said no injuries were life threatening.
Two SUVs were involved in the crash on Moss Hayes Road shortly before 3:30 p.m.
Emergency crews requested three medical helicopters, which landed nearby at Mt. Energy Elementary School.
