CARY, N.C. — Eastbound lanes of U.S. Highway 64 were closed at Gregson Drive in Cary while officials worked to clear an accident that involved at least six vehicles.
At least one person was injured badly enough to be taken to a hospital. No information about the vehicles, drivers or passengers was immediately available.
Town of Cary officials predicted that delays would last until about 8 p.m.
