A motorcyclist traveling on Interstate 95 was killed in a wreck late Saturday evening in Northampton County, authorities said.



<b>NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A motorcyclist traveling on Interstate 95 was killed in a wreck late Saturday evening in Northampton County, authorities said.

The motorcyclist was the only vehicle involved in the accident.

Officials said speed was not a factor in the wreck and it has not yet been determined whether alcohol was a factor.

No additional information has been released. Authorities said an investigation is ongoing.
