wouldn't telling this 70 year old man he could no longer drive the bus due to his age be considered discrimination? i thought employers were not allowed to discriminate based on age, sex, religion, race, etc..

And how do you know the motorcyclist wasn't paying attention? If a big bus turns right in front of you, there's not much to do besides hit it.

Did you get all your friends copies of your "jump to conclusions" game for Christmas?

i myself, am i motorcycle rider, and there has been so many times that people pull out in front of me, or merge into the lane i'm riding in, forcing me to the side of the road. people please watch out for us! this man is only 18 years old and now has his life hanging in the balance of death, all because someone failed to notice him on his bike. its a shame, she's 70, and he may never make it to that age now bc of someone else's careless decision.
