    Note to silly crooks:
purses in shopping carts do not constitute a "freebie". To be clear, this applies to
    umbrellas,
    coats/jackets,
    cell phones,
    prosthetic limbs,
diaper bags, and babies. [This is not a complete list] If you see items in a cart, leave them alone. The actual owner is close by. [If its a baby, just stand 1-2 feet away until mommy/daddy comes you may possibly talk to baby, but no touch unless it's in danger] Walmart has about a bazillion cameras, and then we all get to see what you trying your not so mad skills.
