<b>MOORE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Five people at a Moore County retirement community recently recovered from a norovirus infection, the county health department said Tuesday.

The infection was confined to residents at the Fox Hollow Senior Living Community in Pinehurst, according to Patty Kemp with the health department.

Kemp said county inspectors are not sure how the residents contracted the virus, but they are certain it did not come from the kitchen at the facility.
