Moore Co. women charged with credit card fraud

Moore County sheriff's deputies charged two women with using the credit card of a Carthage woman.

CARTHAGE, N.C. — Moore County sheriff's deputies charged two women with using the credit card of a Carthage woman.

Shirley Tyner reported fraudulent changes on her State Employees Credit Union credit card on Sept. 9.

Teyanna Ratliff, 20, and Traci Ratliff, 21, both of 130 Greenwood Lane in Carthage, 

were charged with identity theft, financial card theft, exploitation of an elderly person and obtaining property by false pretense. Both got unsecured bond of $5,000.
