Month of Mom: Win a pair of tickets to see Carol Burnett!

This contest is over! Our winners are shortc8ke on Twitter and jmc524! Congratulations!

We are kicking off our Month of Mom contests with two pairs of tickets to see award-winning actress, author and comedian Carol Burnett!

She'll bring her show "Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett: A Conversation with Carol Where the Audience Asks the Questions" to the Durham Performing Arts Center on May 12, which happens to be Mother's Day.

The idea for the show stems from the question-and-answer sessions with her studio audience on each episode of The Carol Burnett Show, a classic that I watched as a child. This is the kind of show I'd love to take my own mom too!

Says a synopsis of the show: "Burnett, award-winning actress and best-selling author, is widely recognized by the public and her peers for her work on stage and screen, most notably The Carol Burnett Show. Named in 2007 by TIME magazine as one of “100 Best Television Shows of All Time,” The Carol Burnett Show ran for 11 years, averaged 30 million viewers per week, and received 25 Emmy Awards, making it one of the most honored shows in television history. But it is Carol’s artistic brilliance, her respect and appreciation of her fans, and her graciousness, integrity, warmth, and humor on and off screen that have made her one of the most beloved performers in entertainment and one of the most admired women in America."

I have two pairs of tickets to give away! What do you need to do to win? Do one or both of the following:

1. Follow @GoAskMom on Twitter and tweet once about the contest.

2. Answer the following question in the comments below: What do your kids do on a regular basis that just cracks you up?

This contest ends at noon, May 6. Two winners will be picked at random from all entries. The winners' user name or Twitter name will be posted on this post by 9 p.m., May 6, and an email or message will be sent to the winner, if possible. The winners must respond by 5 p.m., May 8, or a runner-up will be selected. Good luck!

My kids are like little mirrors of my husband and I and it just makes me laugh to see our actions reflected back to us.

My son will play his guitar and make up his own parodies to songs. I must admit, some are really good!

He says How do you know I love you. Then he says because I told you so. Just too cute and funny at the same time.

My kids love to imitate my husband and I when they are alone. It's so funny to see yourself through your kids' eyes. Can't help to laugh at them and me:)

My kiddos would die if they knew I was sharing this, especially at the prime ages of 15 and 12. They LOVE to turn up the music really loudly and dance like no one is watching. I SO want to record it all and show it to them later, because they are so silly sometimes. I absolutely crack up. But my kiddos only do it when they think they are absolutely "safe" with no one watching. It's the cutest thing - they may be trying to be mature in public, but they "cut loose" at home!

My 3 yr old son wakes up every day and says "good morning sunshine!". And when he gets in trouble he says " I love you sunshine!".
