Monday meal plan

Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening or the week, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like. Here's our meal plan for the week:

Shrimp Scampi on pasta

Sauteed zucchini and yellow squash with parmesan

Sister Shubert’s Sweet Hawaiian Rolls

Roasted veggie pizza

Salad

BBQ chicken sliders (using $1.99/lb chicken breast from HT)

Broccoli florets

Brown rice

BLT’s with Butterball turkey bacon (bought on sale with coupon recently), local tomatoes and romaine on honey wheat bread

Pasta salad

Steamed carrots with a touch of butter and parmesan

Potluck dinner with my oldest daughter’s high school marching band and their families AND then we get to see a preview of their show! Can't wait to see it!  Not sure yet what I am bringing to eat.
