Soy-glazed salmon using a recipe on marthastewart.com using frozen salmon fillets from Aldi ($3.99/lb through 3/19)

Brown rice

Spinach salad


Wednesday

Spinach and cheese enchiladas

Saffron rice (free Mahatma rice from HT or LF with recent coupon)

Steamed carrots (2 lb bag sells for $1.17 every day at Harris Teeter)


Thursday
Herb roasted chicken and vegetables (carrots, onions, mushrooms) - recipe can be found on mccormick.com

Friday – Pizza night!

Homemade veggie pizza using the $1 HT pizza dough balls on sale through 3/19 and the B2G3F cheese at HT this week.Veggies include black olives, onions, mushrooms and green peppers
