Meatless Monday!

Veggie chicken parmesan (using Morningstar veggie chicken patties bought at HT super doubles this week with $1.50/1 coupon from KelloggsFamilyRewards.com using 1000 points - made the box of veggie chicken patties only .29 after sale and doubled coupon!)

Rotini and marinara sauce (from the HT Barilla deal last week)

Salad


Tuesday

Tilapia

Baked sweet potatoes

Salad


Wednesday

Breakfast casserole (eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, seasoned croutons – see recipe in WRAL recipe database)

Hash browns

Fruit salad


Thursday

Chicken sausage sautéed with peppers, onions and mushrooms on rolls (Johnsonville chicken sausage that was BOGO at HT recently with coupon and ended up being $1.25 per package)

Saffron Rice (free at HT and LF with .50/1 coupon)

Steamed carrots ($1.17 for 2 lbs at HT every day)


Friday

Chicken tacos with the slow cooker chicken I batch cooked and froze last week as well as all the fixings in a taco bar (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, cheese, sour cream, salsa)

Whole grain rice

Sliced oranges
