Monday meal plan: Shrimp, chicken, tofu and more!

On the menu this week we have shrimp and pasta, toasted sesame tofu, Italian slow cooker chicken, veggie pizzas, chicken enchiladas and more! What's on your menu for the week or even just tonight?
Shrimp Voila (from deal a couple weeks ago)
Pillsbury crescent rolls
Toasted sesame tofu and stir fry veggies (using the free Campbell’s skillet sauce)
Homemade veggie pizza using HT dough ball (recipe is in the WRAL recipe database link in the box above - search "pizza crust using dough ball")
Side of spaghetti
Italian slow cooker chicken (I am cooking the whole value pack of chicken breast and then using ½ of the chicken for chicken enchiladas on Friday)
Fruit (depends on what goes on sale starting Wednesday)
