Faye, Thanks for the pizza recipe on Saturday. I finally made one, and it was amazing! I am hooked for sure. I will be getting the dough balls everytime there is a sale!

M- roasted salmon with lentil salad (a favorite) T- Butternut squash soup with grilled cheese croutons W-Stuffed cabbage "lasagna" and salad Th-Bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp and corn F- Our FREE Pappa Johns Veggie Pizza :)

M. leftover bbq, slaw and hushpuppies T. meatloaf, bolita beans w/country ham W. meatloaf sandwiches, steamed carrots T. grilled chicken, green beans with almonds F. homemade 3-cheese pizza, ceasar salad S. chili cheeseburger sliders (made with yeast rolls), roasted vegetables S. roast w/carrots, potatoes and onions

kat08858-how do you make your butternut squash soup? I love butternut squash soup and have some squash in the freezer I keep meaning to use. M-Mole, sofrito rice, salad T-Spinach & mushroom quesadillas, pinto beans, leftover sofrito rice W-Ham/leek/mushroom quiche, homemade tomato basil soup (using frozen tomatoes from the garden) Th-Fried blue gill, hush puppies, cornbread, coleslaw, green beans F-Prawn creole, couscous, broccoli, yeast rolls Th-

nakabi - I roast 1 large butternut sqaush, 2 cut/peeled apples (your choice), 2 small onions, and fresh thyme in the oven for 30-40 min. I then puree with chicken broth (or veg broth) and some white wine. I reheat it on low with a pinch of curry powder and cayenne. I make grilled cheese, and cut into 'crouton shapes' to top each bowl. now Im hungry again :)
