From their press release: "Starting October 15 through November 15, fans can stop in any of the Moe’s 16 districts (aka locations if you are still working on your Hunger Games terminology) and put their name into the reaping by ordering a Moe’s famous Homewrecker burrito to receive a scratch off ticket for a chance to win a set of four tickets to the private premiere on November 22 at 7:00 PM. As with the previous two premiere promotions Moe’s and IMAX have presented together (The Dark Knight and Harry Potter), winners will be among the first fans in the world to see the movie, as well as enjoy an evening filled with trivia, prize giveaways, party with other diehard Hunger Games fans, and of course enjoy delicious Moe’s cuisine.
