Moe's $3.00 coupon for taking Rex survey!

Rex Healthcare and Moe's are working together to increase awareness of the risk factors for heart disease. Take the online risk assessment called HeartAware on the Rex Healthcare website, and score a $3 coupon to Moe's Southwest Grill! The survey takes about 7 minutes to complete and then you will be able to see the results. Some folks will be offered the opportunity to come in for a free, optional evaluation,

The survey is available to take until February 28. Once you complete the survey, your $3 coupon, valid at participating locations, will be mailed in late February to the address you provided during the survey. 

I just took the survey and found the information they offered to be interesting and helpful. I am sure my kids will also enjoy a trip to Moe's with the coupon!
