RALEIGH, N.C.Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week starts today, and dozens of restaurants are participating with three-course prix fixe menus, appetizer samplers and beverage pairings.
Each morning WRAL-TV's Kelcey Carlson will be showcasing a participating restaurant – first up is Mo's Diner!

Mo's Diner will feature fresh, delicious choices for Restaurant Week, including salads, grilled fish and homemade desserts.

Owner Holly Mohajer also shared the recipe for one of her dishes, Grilled Salmon with Lump Crab and Lemon Butter:
  • 8 oz portion Salmon Filet
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Cajun seasoning

Season salmon with salt and pepper and cajun seasoning. Cook on a hot grill until desired temperature. Top with crab mixture and lemon butter. Crab mixture is made by combining chopped scallions and parsley and lump crab. Saute in butter and season with salt and pepper and fresh lemon.

Mohajer serves the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh corn off the cob, green beans and grilled squash at the diner.

Enjoy!
