DURHAM, N.C. — The Mix 101.5 Duke Children's Hospital radio-thon begins Tuesday.
Last year, the event raised more than $1 million. Bill and Sheri from the Mix 101.5 morning show presented the record-breaking check to hospital leaders.
The money goes toward research, training and everyday items for young patients.
