Missing Spring Lake woman found safe

SPRING LAKE, N.C. — A 41-year-old woman who had been missing since last weekend was found safe Wednesday morning, Spring Lake police reported.

Myoshia Middleton, of Spring Lake, was found about 10:30 a.m. in the area of Cedar Creek Road in Fayetteville. Police did not release more details, saying the case was closed.

Middleton's mother reported her missing Sunday after she was last seen Saturday night in a yard on Livingston Drive in the University Estates subdivision in Fayetteville.
